(Richmond, IN)--Investigators will exhume a body from a Richmond-area cemetery this week to see if the remains are that of a Laurel woman who went missing 40 years ago. The body was discovered in a sewer on North 17th Street in 1974 but was too badly decomposed to be identified. The Indiana State Police now believes the body is that of Lula Miller of Laurel. DNA will be collected and compared to that of family members. A positive ID could take six months.
