(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man who spent less than a day in jail last year after being arrested for felony child molesting was back behind bars Wednesday.  In March of last year, 33-year-old Terrance Hatcher was arrested and charged with molesting a five-year-old girl.  Hatcher posted a $25,000 bond that day and was set free.  Jail records indicate he has not served any more time.  That is until Tuesday, when he was arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor.  Details of the latest allegation have not been released.  Terrance Hatcher does not appear on the sex offender registry and is being held on a $20,000 bond.
