(Noblesville, IN)--There’s more legal trouble for a former Richmond urologist. Dr. Larry Ley is accused of selling Suboxone, which is a heroin substitute, to patients in a cash and carry operation at the DORN Center on U.S. 40 between Richmond and Centerville. The DORN Center was raided last summer by federal agents. This week, Ley was pulled over in central Indiana and charged with drunken driving. His federal drug case is still pending. Charges against other DORN employees were dropped.
