(Noblesville, IN)--A former Richmond urologist and the former director of the DORN Center has picked up his second DUI charge in less than a week. Dr. Larry Ley is accused of selling Suboxone, which is a heroin substitute, to patients in a cash and carry operation at the DORN Center on U.S. 40 between Richmond and Centerville. The DORN Center was raided last summer by federal agents. Ley was stopped last week and again this week and charged with DUI. His federal drug case is still pending. Charges against other DORN employees were dropped.
