(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman was jailed Monday morning after allegedly holding a male victim at the business end of a Mossberg 12-guage shotgun.  Police say 28-year-old Kaycie Mattias held the shotgun on the victim while they were inside an SUV near South 13th and T Streets.  The incident began at Mattias’ home on North West 3rd.  She apparently threw the shotgun out of the SUV’s window as police arrived.  It appeared initially to officers that the gun had been fired, but no one was hurt.  Mattias has been charged with criminal recklessness.
