(Richmond, IN)--Shots have rung out once again in Richmond.  This time, it happened at around 3 o’clock Wednesday morning in the area of North West 1st Street and Pearl Street.  At least three houses in that area were struck by bullets.  And, this time, a resident inside one of the homes was struck in the neck.  The victim was barely grazed in the neck by the bullet, which left only a red mark.  The shots came from someone passing by in what one witness described as a "piece-of-junk gray or silver car with a loud muffler".  Wednesday morning was the third shots-fired incident in Richmond in a 36-hour period.
