(Richmond, IN)--An alleged Richmond drug dealer is back behind bars after being arrested for the second time in six weeks.  26-year-old Alex Irwin was first jailed on February 1.  Then, last night, he was arrested again.  Irwin was caught in the 100 block of South West 12th Street.  He was arrested for possession and dealing cocaine.  Irwin was also wanted for failing to appear in court on a previous charge.
