(Winchester, IN)--Randolph County is considering using the vote center concept that Wayne County has used for several years.  The first of several required public hearings on the subject takes place Tuesday night at 6 at the Commissioners Room of the courthouse.  Proponents say reducing the number of polling places and letting people vote wherever they want would save the county money.  Right now, Randolph County pays about $7500 each election to maintain 18 polling places.
