(Richmond, IN)--The website wallethub.com has released a ranking of the best places to live in Indiana for families, and the results for local communities are not good.  Wallethub took 21 key indicators into account.  In the category of most families living below poverty level, Richmond finished 74th of Indiana’s 78 largest communities.  Only Gary, East Chicago, Michigan City, and Elkhart were worse.  Connersville finished dead last in the category of families with fewest kids, and 76th of 78 for highest divorce rate.  Overall, Richmond was determined to be the 59th best place to live.
