(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Park Superintendent Denise Retz is making one final push to raise $651 for a new sensory playground.  Earlier this year, Earlham students proposed constructing a playground at Clear Creek Park that is geared toward kids with special needs.  Retz said Wednesday that if the final $651 can be raised by the end of the day Thursday, a matching grant will kick in from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
