(Richmond, IN)--What started as a shoplifting incident at Richmond’s Walmart Wednesday led to the discovery of methamphetamine.  It was less than three months ago that 19-year-old Jeremy Moore and 32-year-old Sarah Mangas of Union City were arrested for dealing meth at a Fountain City convenience store.  On Wednesday, the couple was arrested at Richmond’s Walmart.  Moore was allegedly in possession of meth and other drugs.  Both were in the Wayne County Jail Thursday morning.
