(Richmond, IN)--City and county leaders discussed their partnership as it relates to the cleanup of the old Reid Hospital grounds Tuesday night.  Richmond Common Council held off on a vote to authorize the pursuit of two loans for the project totaling eight million dollars.  County Council President Pete Zaleski told city leaders that the county is still working on determining what its contribution will be and is working on a series of concessions from the city, including that the city match any county contribution.  A final vote is now expected to take place on the 18th.
