(Richmond, IN)--Richmond’s string of methamphetamine arrests continued Thursday.  It began early Thursday morning, when police caught 22-year-old Paul Farrow of Lynn at the east-side Richmond McDonald’s with meth.  During a stop Thursday afternoon on Henley Road, 37-year-old Bruce Gibbs was arrested for possessing meth, cocaine, and other drugs.  Three hours later, 42-year-old Hector Santiago was stopped at North 9th and A.  Santiago allegedly had both meth and heroin.  All three men remained in jail Friday morning.
