(Richmond, IN)--Local law enforcement agents went to South Carolina over the weekend to bring back an alleged attempted armed robber. 41-year-old Shira Rogers had been wanted since February. Rogers allegedly took part in the stabbing of a Richmond man on South 6th Street last December. Rogers allegedly set up a meeting with the victim to purchase Walmart gift cards, but police say it was a setup for robbery. Jeffrey Carlin was also charged in the attack. Details of how Rogers was captured in South Carolina have not been released.
