Local News: A service of Reid Health

(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Common Council met Monday night and learned about a bicycle sharing program that’s being considered for the city.  Here’s how it would work…kiosks would be established around the city, including Uptown, at IU East, and at Earlham College.  People could rent the bikes at one kiosk and drop them off at another.  City leaders met with a company called Zagster a couple of weeks ago to discuss the proposal.  The cost has not been determined.
