(Richmond, IN)--After roughly nine months of construction, the 20th Street Bridge in Richmond is now open again.  Traffic was flowing over the bridge Sunday after that main connector between the city’s north and east sides was completely demolished and then rebuilt.  The project finished about a month ahead of schedule and carried a $2 million price tag.  A short dedication ceremony is set for Wednesday.
