(Richmond, IN)--An Uptown Richmond structure that’s stood for decades is about to come down.  It’s the Richmond Cleaners structure at the corner of South 8th and A Streets.  That building has fallen into disrepair in recent years.  West End Bank is having the building removed and will replace it with either green space or additional parking.  It’s the latest in a series of Uptown developments for West End.  They recently moved into their new building where the old Patti Insurance building once stood and took down a pet store on South A and converted it to parking.
