(Hagerstown, IN)--The Indiana Department of Workforce Development and WorkOne have activated the state’s Rapid Response team to help the 70 hourly employees affected by the Autocar layoffs in Hagerstown.  Those organizations will help workers build resumes and interview skills as they search for new jobs.  Local officials had complained shortly after the layoffs were announced that Autocar did not provide notice as required by layoffs of that magnitude.
