(Richmond, IN)--An Uptown Richmond street is closing.  Beginning Tuesday and lasting for a week, Sixth Street will be closed for storm sewer installation.  The closure will be north of South A Street, although parts of Sixth will still be accessible from 5th and 7th Streets.  Meanwhile, INDOT’s $24 million pavement project continues for heavily traveled city streets that began in March of last year and won’t wrap up until the end of this year.
