(Richmond, IN)--A central Indiana man is facing a host of charges after leading Richmond police on a foot chase Tuesday.  The chase was in the area of South 12th and A.  Officers used a Taser on 44-year-old William Conrad, but it was not effective.  Conrad was eventually taken into custody.  Officers found meth and other drugs.  He’s also now facing an additional charge of felony battery on a police officer and is wanted in another jurisdiction.
