(Richmond, IN)--A new addiction residential treatment unit specializing in opioid use disorder will open at the Richmond State Hospital to support addicts in immediate need of service.  The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration announced Thursday that it will be a 22-bed unit.  The space at the state hospital is currently setting idle.  It will include medication-assisted treatment.  It’s expected to open by the end of next month.
