(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man bonded out of jail early Monday morning after having been arrested over the weekend on a rarely seen charge.  22-year-old Deiontae Washington was taken into custody in Wayne County on a charge of obliterating identification marks on a handgun.  That’s a Level 5 Felony.  Washington was also allegedly in possession of marijuana.  He was released from the Wayne County Jail at 3:30 Monday morning.
