(Richmond, IN)--Wayne County’s Emergency Management Agency has completed a year-long process to achieve what’s called “StormReady” status.  It means that the EMA has achieved the highest level of readiness to deal with severe weather.  Representatives of the National Weather Service in Wilmington will be in Richmond next week to make a formal presentation to local officials.
