(Richmond, IN)--April is over.  And, from a weather standpoint, most people are glad to see it go.  The National Weather Service in Wilmington says this April will go down as the third coldest in recorded weather history in the Whitewater Valley.  Richmond had a least a trace of snow on nine separate April days.  Temperatures were also below normal for 24 of the 30 days, and half of those were at least ten degrees below normal.  Richmond was a combined 173 degrees below normal last month.
