(Richmond, IN)--Richmond firefighters on Wednesday morning returned to the strip mall on National Road West in Richmond that was the site of a significant fire in late March. The fire started at 1:30 Wednesday morning in the area of the Great Wall restaurant and a dollar store at 18th and National Road West. "There was a fire in the building again. The dispatcher told us that the fire was going pretty good. The first engine arrived on the scene and found a large pile of debris on fire," said Battalion Chief Tim Brown. Wednesday morning’s fire, though, was not nearly as damaging. It was quickly extinguished. The fire is considered suspicious.
