(Richmond, IN)--Groundbreaking ceremonies have now been set for a major upgrade to Richmond’s water system.  Indiana-American is investing $45 million to upgrade its treatment facility on Sylvan Nook Drive.  When it’s complete in two years, the facility will use liquid instead of gaseous disinfection chemicals, add UV disinfection, and upgrade chemical storage.  Groundbreaking is set for a week from Monday.
