New Brett Eldredge Song "Gabrielle" to Arrive on Friday

Brett Eldredge hopes to brighten your week with the arrival on a brand-new track this coming Friday.

"Okay okay, I’ll spill the goods," Eldredge tweeted Monday. "The world premiere of my new single 'Gabrielle' is this Friday! I hope it brings you some happiness."

It seems that Eldredge has been dropping lyrics from the song on Twitter since at least late March. His cryptic tweets since then have included lines like, "Sometimes you gotta lose yourself, to make your way back home," and, "Empty streets and whistlin' pines, but not a day goes by, you don't crowd my mind."

Meanwhile, Eldredge adds in a statement that "Gabrielle" is about a relationship that "didn't quite work out and you always wonder what it could have been." Eldredge co-wrote "Gabrielle" with producers Daniel Tashian and Ian Fitchuk. It's his first new music since the #1 hit "Love Someone" in 2018 and is scheduled to impact country radio on April 27.
