Eric Church Channels His Former Self in 'Heart on Fire' Music Video

Eric Church just dropped his new music video for "Hearts on Fire" with a very cool concept.

In his new music video, The Chief travels back in time for a journey through his own impressive career.

Directed by Reid Long, the intriguing clip features digitally edited scenes from many of the most-popular videos of Church’s career, making it appear as if the Eric Church of days-gone-by is singing a brand new tune.

Like a trip down memory lane, Church starts rewriting the past at the very beginning with the opening scene of his “How ‘Bout You” clip from 2006. It continues on to show how the star has evolved.

Clips like “Two Pink Lines,” “Love Your Love the Most,”“Springsteen,” “Mr. Misunderstood,” “Some of It” and more all get reworked with new lyrics. It's like the ghost of Eric Church!

“Heart On Fire” is the third single of Church’s Heart & Soul album.
Coming up, Church is looking to defend his 2020 Entertainer of the Year title and comes into the night tied for the most nominations, with five in total with Chris Stapleton.
