Luke Bryan Lists Home For $18 Million

Luke Bryan has listed his beach house in Santa Rosa, Florida for $18 million. It has four bedrooms, four baths, a private pool and a view of the gulf from the master suite.

Built in 1994, it last sold for $2.5 million in 2013. Luke named the property "Snowman" in honor of his brother Chris, who died in a car accident. He got the nickname because of the way he played golf. He often scored an eight, which looks like a snowman on the scorecard.

Since buying it, a fourth floor was added with two additional living rooms. It also has an elevator that opens to the beach.

Taste of Country noted, that if the house sells for that price, it will become one of the most expensive country celebrity home transactions ever.

Blake Shelton Planning to Focus on Music After "The Voice"

Blake Shelton is stepping away from The Voice to focus on his family, but he has no plans to step away from Country music.

He told People.com, "Walking away from music, you might as well just poison me or something. That's not something I can go without. I can't help it."

In fact, Blake hopes to spend his freed up time focusing more on his music saying, "I'm enjoying watching what's happening and putting a song out once in a while. That's another reason that I'm excited to get some time back away from The Voice and concentrate more on, 'What kind of record do I want to make? Is it going to fit in? Do I care? Do I not care?' I got a lot to figure out."

He added, "But I'm not getting away from music! (Now) I can control the timing, and I'm not on anybody else's schedule when it comes to making a record or touring. I can fit it in a way that makes more sense for us."

Blake will kick off his 2023 tour in February.

Zac Brown Is Engaged

Zac Brown and his girlfriend, Kelly Yazdi, are engaged, according to People.com. A source told the outlet, "He proposed in Hawaii a while ago. It was very intimate and the couple has kept it very private."

Zac and his ex-wife Shelly went their separate ways in 2018 after 12 years of marriage and five kids together.

Bailey Zimmerman has made history this week as his debut single, “Fall In Love,” tops the Country charts and becomes the fastest debut single to reach the top spot since 2015.

Bailey co-wrote the song, which is also the first debut song to climb to Number One on the Country Airplay chart this year, according to Country Now.

Bailey reached out to fans on social media writing,“Big thanks to all of y’all that have made this possible, without every single one of you, I wouldn’t be the man I am today. Also huge thanks to my radio people out there that have believed in me and this song, grateful for y’all. Cheers to 2023."

Bailey's next single is called “Rock And A Hard Place.” He will perform it live on ABC's Good Morning America on December 27th.

Thomas Rhett Refuses to Buy Fake Christmas Trees

Thomas Rhett and his family recently visited a Christmas tree lot to pick out several trees, which he tells us has become a family tradition.

“It’s kinda been a rule in our house since I got married to Lauren, but we do not do the fake tree scenario, as much as I have wanted to in the past. It would be so easy to have one that’s already lit, you just throw up and then put some lights on, but my wife loves the process of going to the lot, picking the perfect one," Rhett said.

"We also get a real Christmas tree for each of the girls’ bedrooms. It’s like 4 feet tall or whatever, and we usually take about two nights and build a fire, put on Home Alone, and get out all the ornaments and let the girls go crazy on the tree. It’s probably my two favorite nights of the year, is getting to decorate the house for Christmas. I love getting to do that with my girls.”

Thomas recently topped the country charts with his latest single and career 20th Number One hit, "Half of Me," featuring Riley Green.

He plans to hit the road again next year on his headlining Home Team Tour 23 beginning on May 4th in Des Moines, IA with special guests Cole Swindell and Nate Smith.

The venue also reflects Eric's North Carolina roots in partnership with James Beard Award Winning Pitmaster Rodney Scott. His restaurant, Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ, will overlook downtown with its rooftop offering.

Eric said, “I’ve had a blast working with Ben on the design of Chief’s. Like everything we do with our music, the same care and consideration has gone into every detail of this place. It will be unrivaled downtown. I can’t wait to play here.”

Morgan said, “Man, what a year 2022 has been with the Dangerous Tour. I had the time of my life, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that my fans connected with the Dangerous album the way they did.

I’ve had so many people ask me if I wanted to take some time off; but the truth is - I have been writing and making so much music in my off-time because I feel as inspired as I ever have. It feels like new songs are pouring out of me, and I love that feeling. We are going to run it back next year with the One Night At A Time World Tour. Bigger venues. New countries. Bigger memories. See y’all there.”

Morgan named his tour after one of the three new songs that dropped last night at midnight on his One Thing At A Time – Sampler: “One Thing At A Time”; “Tennessee Fan,” and “Days That End In Why.”

These three songs serve as the first taste of what’s to come on his upcoming studio album. It arrives on the heels of the release of his new single at Country radio, “Thought You Should Know,” which was co-written with Miranda Lambert and Nicolle Galyon. The song is a current Top 20 hit and climbing.

Morgan's Dangerous album continues to make history as Billboard’s longest running Top 10 album ever for a solo artist, besting Adele’s 21 and Bruce Springsteen’s Born In The USA. Fans will have to wait a little longer for Morgan's next project.

He explained, “I’m not quite done making this new album, so I’m going to keep making it through the holiday break and early January to chase this inspiration. I promise I won’t wait too long to reveal the album details. To hold you over, I’m dropping three new songs . . . as a sampler of what I’ve been working on. Can’t wait to take it one night at a time in 2023.”
