(Richmond, IN)--A plea deal has been reached for one of the defendants accused of taking part in the murder of 17-year-old Caleb Woosley of Richmond this past May. 18-year-old David Maish would serve two years in prison. Maish, though, would have to testify against three other defendants who were more directly involved in Woosley’s murder. Maish did not take part in the murder, but did help the other three suspects clean up afterward. A plea and sentencing hearing is pending.
