(Richmond, IN)--Richmond physician Dr. William Fisher and his family continue to recover after a Black Friday plane crash in southern Michigan. Son Bryce Fisher was piloting the plane. "Between the engine dying and actually hitting the trees, we probably had 25-30 seconds," Bryce told WBND-TV in South Bend.. He recalls how his dad, William, helped his mother. "He, with a broken back, pulls out my mom," Bryce added. Today, Barbara Fisher is in Reid Hospital’s Acute Rehab Unit. "Bryce, Bill, and I...our hands are securely in the Lord...can't be any other way," Barbara sad. She expects to be released in time for Christmas.
