(Whitewater Valley)--For the first time in more than four years, gas prices at some spots in the Whitewater Valley has dipped below $2 a gallon. On Wednesday morning, gas was available in Eaton and in Connersville for $1.97. It was selling at $1.99 in Winchester. Inside the city of Richmond, though, gas is still above $2 and remains around $2.10 at most stations. Just a little further away – 35 miles from Richmond in Middletown – gas was going for $1.77 Wednesday. 2010 was the last time gas fell below the $2 mark.
