(Eaton, OH)--On Monday, a grand jury will hear the case against Chastity Hall.  She’s the Preble County woman who allegedly left her elementary-aged kids home alone all night so that she could go out drinking.  Those children died in a fire.  Two of Hall’s other children were removed from her custody well before the fatal fire.  Hall faces a wide range of possible charges, but was free on bond Monday morning.
