(Indianapolis, IN)--The owners of El Rodeo Restaurants in several cities across Indiana were sentenced Monday after ripping off taxpayers by underreporting revenue and, in turn, underpaying taxes.  Three owners received various lengths of home detention and were ordered to pay $4.5 million to state and local authorities.  The two Richmond locations were included in the investigation.  Both will remain open.
