(Eaton, OH)--A Preble County grand jury decided Monday to wait until next month to make a charging decision on Chastity Hall.  Hall is accused of leaving her two kids home alone all night so that she could go out drinking.  Those two children died in a fire.  The jury will wait because several elements of the investigation are not yet complete.  An ex-boyfriend, Arcadio Escobar, was indicted Monday for trespassing.  He had been at the home that night.  The case drew national attention Monday night from Nancy Grace.
