(Williamsburg, IN)--The Richmond woman who was involved in a crash on U.S. 35 in Williamsburg Tuesday was listed in stable condition Wednesday morning at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  Ashley Collins turns 21 Thursday.  She had to be cut from her car after colliding with 27-year-old Rhoda Bowman, who received minor injuries.  The Lifeline helicopter that flew Collins to Dayton had to land in Preble County on its way back to Richmond because of freezing rain.  The helicopter sat in a farm field for 12 hours.
