(Richmond, IN)--Numerous counterfeit bills turned up in Richmond Tuesday.  Businesses including the west-side Speedway, the Marsh store across the street, and the First Bank Richmond branch at 34^th and East Main Street all turned over counterfeit twenty-dollar bills to the Richmond Police Department.  Counterfeiting is a federal offense and is typically investigated by the U.S. Secret Service.
