(Richmond, IN)--An alleged Richmond cocaine dealer was taken into custody Wednesday.  A warrant had been issued for 43-year-old Kimberly Smith.  Smith was located in her apartment Wednesday afternoon in the 300 block of North 10^th Street.  She was in the Wayne County Jail Thursday morning and was being held on a $20,000 bond.  Details of what led to the warrant being issued for Smith have not been released.
