(Richmond, IN)--New stop signs will be going up this week on a busy Richmond street.  The signs will go up Thursday or Friday at the intersection of South 37^th and A Streets just south of the Kroger Plaza.  It’s a high-accident area due to volume of traffic and speed.  The stop signs will go up primarily to slow traffic down.  It’s easy to speed on South 37^th between South A and Backmeyer Road.
