(Centerville, IN)--Criminal charges have been dropped against six of nine people arrested last summer in connection with a DEA raid on Dorn Center locations across Indiana, including the one between Richmond and Centerville.  Charges were dropped when a judge ruled the defendants were improperly charged.  Charges remain in place against local Dr. Larry Ley.  He’s accused of selling prescription painkillers to patients.
