(Richmond, IN)--Reid Hospital officials said Monday that their building at 1350 Chester Boulevard that was heavily damaged by water last month will reopen Tuesday.  Both Reid Medical Associates and Urgent Care will return to their permanent homes across from the old Reid campus.  A large pipe broke on February 19.  Cleanup was originally estimated to take six weeks, but finished well ahead of schedule.
