(Richmond, IN)--Three people connected to a known drug house near the corner of North 17^th and E Streets in Richmond were taken into custody Wednesday.  Officers saw Brittany Carter, who had a theft warrant.  She was allegedly in possession of heroin.  Two people with her, Darrell Hoskins and Karman Williams, were also in possession of heroin and drug-related items.  All were taken to the Wayne County Jail.
