(Richmond, IN)--One van chased another late Thursday afternoon through Richmond streets.  The results included a drug arrest, a crash into a yard, and an injury to a child.  Two crashes occurred on South 21^st during the chase.  As police arrived, the occupant of one van threw drugs and a gun out of the window.  A boy between the age of six and eight suffered a concussion in one of crashes and was taken to Reid Hospital.  19-year-old Cedric Thompson was taken into custody.  He faces charges that include possession of marijuana and a controlled substance.  He’s is in the Wayne County Jail today.
