(Winchester, IN)--Two former Randolph County employees will be the subject of a Randolph County grand jury this week.  The grand jury will decide if criminal charges are warranted in the cases of Josey Fields and Jamie Stump.  Fields is a former building commissioner secretary.  Stump is the former area planning director.  Both are accused of failing to remit cash receipts totaling more than $6000.  They could face a wide range of possible charges.
