(Cocoa Beach, FL)--A Richmond man is accused of stabbing a woman and her father in Florida.  23-year-old Justin Noelker was taken into custody near the scene.  "He is a resident of Richmond, Indiana.  He has no permanent address here in Florida and it's believed that he just arrived not that long ago," said one Cocoa Beach investigator.  Noelker denied the stabbing to a judge Tuesday.  "I had nothing to do with that," Noelker said.  The male victim is in critical condition.  Noelker was wanted in Richmond for three counts of battery.
