(Union City, OH)--Union City police made a drug bust late Thursday night.  A car was stopped for a routine violation and the driver was speaking with the officer.  Jennifer Goodwin was riding in the passenger side.  She did not know that another officer was watching her as she allegedly stuffed 22 heroin capsules down her pants.  A large amount of marijuana was also recovered from inside the car.
