(Richmond, IN)--Two women who had allegedly just tried to commit a robbery were arrested Sunday because they caused a ruckus at the Steak-N-Shake drive-thru.  29-year-olds Tiara Allen of Richmond and Evangelina Anderson of Chicago were behind bars Monday.  Anderson allegedly spit on one of the arresting officers and was in possession of marijuana.  Details of the attempted robbery were not released.
