(Richmond, IN)--An investigation is underway today after a Richmond mother was caught over the weekend with all the ingredients needed to make methamphetamine in her home at the Country Club Apartments.  39-year-old Lesley Clemens faces a host of charges, including conspiracy to manufacture meth and child neglect.  A police report indicates law enforcement agencies are looking for additional suspects.
