(Cedar Grove, IN)--Three people are facing heroin charges after a traffic stop in Franklin County.  46-year-old Michael Reece and 22-year-olds Jason Morin and Lindsey Bowman were stopped on U.S. 52.  Morin has been charged with dealing.  A substantial quantity of heroin and cash was recovered.  All three suspects face at least six years in prison.
