(Richmond, IN)--Friday is the day that Tom Raper RV’s in Richmond will officially change hands and become a new location for Camper’s World.  As that sale closes, the business’s founder, Tom Raper, was listed in critical condition Friday morning in the neurosurgical intensive care unit at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The hospital Friday morning declined to comment further on Raper’s prognosis or what led to his hospitalization.
